Fitness Acceleration and Optimization

WHO IT'S FOR:

This 3-month 1:1 coaching program is designed for those who have already build a solid foundation in terms of nutrition and exercise and are ready to take their wellbeing, physique and performance to the next level through a structured, holistic program, that goes beyond nutrition and training. Be ready to go all-in for the duration of this course.

WHAT IT INCLUDES:

During this 3-month comprehensive course, you will learn how to tailor your nutrition to your needs choosing the foods that work best for your body, how to maximize your training results during an intense training cycle, strategies to keep your metabolism going throughout the day, how to work with and optimize your hormones for improved wellbeing, performance and body composition, tools to improve recovery, productivity and sleep and finally, how to transition to a sustainable routine you enjoy to maintain your results in the long term.

Not only will this program help you take daily inspired action and place intense focus on your health and fitness, but it will also increase your body awareness and sense of body potential to allow you to work with rather than against your body and realize what you are capable of.
